Your responsibilities:
– Repair, maintenance, inspection and tuning according to manufacturer specifications
– Diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical issues
– Installation and retrofitting of accessories
–Testing and inspection of vehicle systems
–Working on race cars
What you bring
– Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician (professional experience is an advantage)
– Independent and reliable way of working
– Passion for cars and teamwork
– Basic computer skills
– Class B driving licence (mandatory); Class CE is a plus

Motorsport Mechanic (m/f/d)
Motorsport Engineer (m/f/d)
Join Germany’s most successful GT4 team and help us develop performance at the highest level!
Location: Ofterdingen | Start: immediately until end of October 2026
Your responsibilities:
- Development, optimization, and setup of our GT4 race cars
- Analysis of telemetry data to increase performance
- Participation in test and race events (at least 12 events per year)
- Support and further development of our vehicle dynamics simulator
- Close collaboration with drivers, mechanics, and team management
Your profile:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, motorsport engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in motorsport or the automotive sector
- Solid knowledge of vehicle dynamics, telemetry analysis, and race car setup
- Team player with a strong hands-on mentality, resilience, and a true passion for motorsport
- Excellent English skills
- Willingness to travel
