From February 5th to 8th, 2026, W&S Motorsport will compete in the 6-hour race of the GT4 Winter Series at Portimão. Sharing the cockpit of the Porsche GT4 will be Max Kronberg, Daniel Nillson, and Edvin Hellsten—three drivers who already impressed last season with strong performances and great team spirit.
For Max Kronberg, this endurance race is the perfect opportunity to prepare for the tasks ahead together with the team: “I’m really looking forward to the 6h race at Portimão. For us, it’s the ideal chance to gain valuable experience and lay the foundation for a successful season.”
Daniel Nillson will be taking part in his first-ever endurance event and is especially excited about the challenge: “Endurance racing is new territory for me. I’m very curious to see how teamwork and the dynamics play out over the full race distance, and I’m looking forward to lining up at Portimão together with Max and Edvin.”
Edvin Hellsten also sees the race as an important step into the new season: “A new season is about to begin, and what better way to kick things off than with a 6-hour race? I’m excited to be back in the Porsche and racing at Portimão. Six times the distance, tyre wear, and sweat compared to our usual sprint races—this will be a great challenge with Daniel and Max. I’m also looking forward to experiencing the circuit and continuing my journey with W&S Motorsport.”
Team Principal Daniel Schellhaas adds: “The 6h race at Portimão is the perfect opportunity for us to get together early in the year under competitive conditions and gain important insights for the upcoming season.”
