The academy is divided into the three pillars Skies, Hearth and Management and opens up new opportunities for the drivers to give their careers a boost. The content of the three pillars is taught by specialists in their respective fields. The health area in particular is monitored and optimized throughout the season. In the skills area, the focus is on perfect preparation for the season to enable the fans to get off to a successful start, learning the women’s and women’s tools, the processes within the team and training in the simulator.
