W&S Motorsport is set to enter the new season of the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie with a promising driver lineup. Joshua Bednarski, Lorenz Stegmann, and Kai Riemer will drive the #962 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport in the Cup3 class.

The successful collaboration between W&S Motorsport and CMS enters its fourth year. Following last season’s Cup3 drivers’ and team championships, along with securing second place in the overall standings, the team aims to build on these achievements.

“After a highly successful 2024 season, I’m proud to continue racing with W&S Motorsport. Our mission for 2025 is clear: together with Lorenz and Kai, we’ll give our all in what promises to be an intensely competitive season on the challenging Nordschleife,” says Joshua Bednarski, looking forward to the upcoming season.

Lorenz Stegmann shares this enthusiasm: “I’m thrilled to be competing in the 2025 Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie with W&S Motorsport. Together with this fantastic team, I’ll give everything to achieve the best possible results. A huge thank you to W&S Motorsport for this opportunity and to all my sponsors for their amazing support – none of this would be possible without them!”

For Kai Riemer, this marks a special return: “It’s great to be back in the Cup3 class! First, I want to thank my team SCHMICKLER Performance and sponsor RAVENOL for allowing me to support W&S Motorsport in the PETN for 2025. I already share a great success with W&S Motorsport from the 2020 24-hour race, and I’m very grateful for the team’s trust. With this strong driver lineup, we’ll definitely be a force to be reckoned with. Personally, I’d also love to repeat my 2022 PETN title.”

Andreas Göbel, CEO of CMS, emphasizes the long-standing partnership: “We’ve been eagerly awaiting the start of the 2025 NLS racing season. This marks our fourth season collaborating with W&S Motorsport, and our enthusiasm remains as strong as ever. After last year’s successes, we’re even more excited for what’s ahead. We wish W&S Motorsport success, luck, and joy in their work, and we look forward to sharing memorable moments with the drivers, team, and our fans.”

“With Joshua, Lorenz, and Kai, we have three experienced Nordschleife drivers in our team for the new season. Additionally, with Kai and Joshua, we have two drivers who have already won the Cup3 class. Our long-standing partnership with CMS remains a crucial element of our success. Together, we aim to build on last year’s strong performance,” explains Team Principal Daniel Schellhaas.

The 2025 NLS season kicks off on March 22 with the 70th ADAC Westfalenfahrt on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife.
